A graduate of University of Georgia and Art Institute, Angela gleaned inspiration from noted photographers Erwin Blumenfield and Mathew Rolston to jumpstart her dream of becoming a photographer. However, Angela's road to success was paved with many obstacles. Early on, she recognized that breaking into a male dominated industry would be a struggle. Morris recalls her years as a rookie photographer. "I was told that women were too emotional and couldn't handle physical work."

Despite the pessimism of a seemingly chauvinistic industry, Angela has made significant gains in the industry. Having worked with such major clients as Gnarls Barkley's producer Ben Allen, People Magazine, Usher, Vogue, and Modern Luxury magazines, Angela got her first big break from Caren West shooting musicians for Music Midtown and Atlantis.

"I would hope to see women continue to support each other in their careers, and not feed them this crap that just because you are a woman you can't have it all. We can, and we will."
